Microsoft Exchange Server Setup. ID no:c1031668. The Microsoft Exchange Server computer does not respond. Microsoft Exchange Directory ID no: DS_E_COMMUNICATIONS_PROBLEM. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this problem: - Make sure that the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant and the Microsoft Exchange Directory service are running when you install the Active Server Components.
