WD2000: Document Properties Appear Lost Using Netscape Messenger

SYMPTOMS

When you send a Word document using Netscape Messenger, the document properties appear to have been removed.


CAUSE

The document properties have not been removed. The HTML source code has been modified by Netscape Messenger so that Word can no longer read the document properties as originally written.
