ERROR MESSAGE

When you start Word, the following error message appears:

Word could not load this add-in program or document template.

The add-in program or document template may be corrupt, the incorrect version, or incompatible with Word 2000.

The add-in program or document template may be corrupt, the incorrect version, or incompatible with Word 2000.

To resolve this problem, you must remove the add-in program or document template.

To remove an add-in program or document template, do the following:

On the Tools menu, click Templates and Add-Ins.

In the Global templates and add-ins list box, select an item and click Remove to delete it from the list.

NOTE: Clearing a check box unloads the item but doesn't delete it from the list. To automatically load a template or add-in every time you start Word, place the template or add-in in the Word Startup folder.
