ERROR MESSAGE

When you try to open or use a Word 2.0 for Windows template, the following error message may appear:

The macros in this template are in Word 2.0 format and will not be converted. Do you want to continue to open the template?

If you click Yes, Word converts the template, but all macros and glossary entries are lost.

CAUSE

The conversion of Word 2.0 for Windows macros and glossary entries is not supported in Microsoft Word 2000.
