SYMPTOMS

When you open an e-mail message sent from Microsoft Word 2000, the text may overlay and be unreadable.

NOTE: This problem occurs when the text of the e-mail message was created using the Contemporary Letter page design of the Letter Wizard in Word and opened in Netscape Communicator 4.5.


WORKAROUND

To prevent this problem from occurring, send the Word 2000 document as an attachment to an e-mail message. (On the File menu, point to Send To and then click Mail Recipient (as Attachment).)
