CG: "Too Many Files Selected" Adding Large Number of Files

SYMPTOMS

The File Name box in the Add Pictures to ClipArt Gallery dialog box can contain up to 4808 characters. If you select a group of pictures whose combined file names add up to more than 4808 characters, you will receive the following message:

   Too many files selected. Try selecting fewer files.

WORKAROUND

If you receive this error message, you may need to add the group of pictures in sections.
