MORE INFORMATION

Steps to Reproduce Problem

1. Make a WordArt frame, almost any size taller than 1/16th inch tall.

2. Use either the default "Your Text Here", or type your own text

and/or spaces, select colored background, and choose the OK button.

3. Resize the frame to 1/16th inch high or less.

4. At this point, the frame should snap back to 1/8th of an inch, but

the background shading may not go all the way to the left and right
edges of the frame after it resizes.
