Dial-Up Networking Does Not Refresh Screen

SYMPTOMS

When a Dial-Up Networking connection redials automatically because you are receiving a busy signal, the screen may not refresh when you close the Dial-Up Networking folder.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because Dial-Up Networking does not prompt the Windows Desktop shell to refresh the screen.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, press the F5 key to manually refresh the screen.
