SYMPTOMS

While you are playing a DVD movie using the MediaMatics DVD Express program on your Compaq Armada 1750-based computer, the movie may pause or stop unexpectedly.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install Microsoft Windows Media Player version 6.1 or later from the following Microsoft Web site:
