SYMPTOMS

When you start the Digital Video 1.0 (Dvcap.exe) program included with your Sony DVBK-2000 digital still image capture card, you may receive the following error message:

PDCLIB.DLL caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, contact Sony Corporation to obtain an updated DVBK-2000 driver.
