Error Message: Cannot Find the Watch32.hlp File...

SYMPTOMS

When you click World Watch Help Topics on the Help menu in World Watch 4.3, you may receive the following error message:

Cannot find the Watch32.hlp file. Do you want to try to find this file yourself?

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, click Yes when you are prompted to locate the file, locate and click the Watch32.hlp file in the C:\Program Files\Express Technologies\World Watch folder, and then click Open.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this behavior is not caused by a problem in Windows 98, but may be caused by design changes in Windows 98. For more information about resolving this issue, contact the program's manufacturer.
