SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to refresh a SyQuest EZFlyer 230-megabyte (MB) removable disk drive using Microsoft Backup, Microsoft Backup may stop responding (hang).

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install or reinstall the drivers included with your SyQuest EZFlyer drive. For information about how to do so, refer to the documentation included with your SyQuest EZFlyer drive.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 98.
