SYMPTOMS

When you double-click Network Neighborhood to browse computers on your network, Network Neighborhood may search endlessly without displaying any computers.


CAUSE

This behavior can occur if NetSoft NS/Portfolio for AS/400 with SNA Client 2.11 is installed on your computer.


RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, contact NetSoft to inquire about the availability of an updated version of NS/Portfolio.
