SYMPTOMS

After you upgrade your computer to Windows 98 or Windows 98 Second Edition with Norton Utilities version 4.x installed, the Norton Utilities online registration information may not be displayed in the About Norton Utilities dialog box.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use the Norton Utilities online registration feature to update your registration information.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this behavior is not caused by a problem in Windows 98, but may be caused by design changes in Windows 98. For more information about resolving this issue, contact the program's manufacturer.
