Paradise PCI 64 Video Adapter May Have an IRQ Conflict

SYMPTOMS

When you try to change the screen resolution or number of colors for a Paradise Pipeline PCI 64 video adapter, you may be unable to do so, and Device Manager may display one of the following error codes:


CAUSE

This behavior can occur because the Paradise Pipeline PCI 64 video adapter with the Western Digital 9710 chip set may have resource conflicts.


RESOLUTION

Paradise has confirmed this to be a problem with the Paradise Pipeline PCI 64 video adapter, and has posted a fix on the Paradise Web site.
