Problems When Show Window Contents While Dragging Is Enabled

SYMPTOMS

If you have the Show Window Contents While Dragging option enabled, you may experience problems with Avantos ManagePro 3.1. For example, you may be unable to resize the ManagePro window.


CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the program you are using is not fully compatible with the Show Window Contents While Dragging feature.


RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, disable the Show Window Contents While Dragging option. To do so, use the appropriate method:

Windows 95 with Microsoft Plus!



To disable the Show Window Contents While Dragging option, use the following steps:

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Display.


  2. Click the Plus! tab, click the Show Window Contents While Dragging check box to clear it, and then click OK.


Windows 95 with Internet Explorer 4.0 or 4.01 and Windows 98

To disable the Show Window Contents While Dragging option, use the following steps:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, click Folder Options, and then click the View tab.


  2. In the Advanced Settings box, click the Show Window Contents While Dragging check box to clear it, and then click OK.
