Recycle Bin Does Not Close After Clicking Close Button

SYMPTOMS

After you click the Close button in the upper-right corner of the Recycle Bin window, the window may still be partially visible behind another open window.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the screen is not refreshed correctly.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, click the Close button in the upper-right corner of the open window, or press ALT+F4 to close the open window.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
