Unable to Use Multiple Eicon Diva ISDN PC Card Adapters

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to install multiple Eicon Diva and Diva Pro ISDN PC Card adapters, you may be unable to use more than one adapter.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur because the drivers and the setup information file (INF) file provided by Eicon do not support configuring a second adapter's phone numbers and Service Profile ID (SPID).

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact Eicon to inquire about a possible update to resolve this issue.
