Error Running Internet Explorer 1.5 in Windows NT 3.5

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to run Internet Explorer 1.5 in Windows NT 3.5, the following error message appears:

The procedure entry point PageSetupDlgA could not be located in the dynamic library Comdlg32.dll

Then, an Application Error with status 0xc0000139 appears.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Internet Explorer version 1.5. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
