FIX: STOP 0x0000000A During Setup of Exceed

SYMPTOMS

During the second portion of the install of Exceed 6.1, you may encounter a STOP 0x0000000A error message if the workstation files are stored on a NetWare 4.11 server.

The problem only occurs with Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 3.0 installed.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT version 4.0 Service Pack 5.
