When you try to add a database to the Fail Safe group, a blue-screen error message occurs in Resrcmon.exe.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT Server, Enterprise Edition. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 5.
