How to Have Two Browse Windows for the Same Database

ID: Q95295

The information in this article applies to:

If a Browse window has been displayed for a particular work area, issuing another BROWSE command with that work area selected will overwrite the current Browse window.

To have two Browse windows open for the same database:

1. Select another work area.

2. Open the database with the USE <database> AGAIN command. This

command allows the database to be opened simultaneously in two work
   areas.

3. Issue another BROWSE command so that you have two separate Browse
   windows for the same database.
