Once at this location look for the update you want. Double-click it, and then click the Save As button. You will want to have an empty folder to place the file you are downloading. These files are type HQX, which is a BinHex 4.0 file. After you download it and copy it to your Macintosh, decode it with BinHex 4.0 (or another utility that understands BinHex 4 format such as Stuffit or CompactPro). Decoding converts the text-format .hqx file into a binary-format compressed .sea file. To extract the contents of the file, double-click the .sea icon.
