FrontPage 97 has greatly enhanced Help.

Each menu command, toolbar button, and dialog box includes context- sensitive help to explain what it does.

When in doubt, click the Help button and click the menu command, toolbar button, or dialog box feature you are curious about. Alternately, you can click the Help button or press F1 when a dialog box is visible.

FrontPage 97 also comes with the "Getting Started with FrontPage 97" book, a 235-page tour of all the features in FrontPage 97.
