H/PC Explorer May Not Preserve File Attributes

SYMPTOMS

When you copy or move a file that is marked with the Read-Only or Hidden attribute from your Handheld PC (H/PC) to your desktop computer, H/PC Explorer does not preserve the Read-Only or Hidden attribute.

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
