SYMPTOMS

The Windows Address Book (WAB) may contain multiple entries with the same e-mail address for a single recipient.

CAUSE

You can create more than one entry with the same e-mail address for a recipient by clicking New Contact in the Windows Address Book.

MORE INFORMATION

Although you can create multiple entries with the same e-mail address for a recipient by clicking New Contact, you cannot create multiple entries by clicking the Add To Address Book command when you are composing a message.
