Copy/Paste Text in Outlook Express Pastes as Arial 12 Point

SYMPTOMS

When you copy text from an Outlook Express e-mail message and then paste the text into another Outlook Express e-mail message, the text appears with Arial 12-point font formatting.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, reformat the text. To do so, select the text you want to reformat, and then click the formatting you want on the Formatting toolbar. If the Formatting toolbar is not visible, click Formatting Toolbar on the View menu.
