To subscribe to Internet newsgroups in Outlook Express, follow these steps:

  1. On the Go menu, click News. If you have not already subscribed to any newsgroups, you are prompted to view a list of newsgroups. If you are prompted to view a list, click Yes and then skip to step 3.

  2. On the Tools menu, click Newsgroups.

  3. In the list of newsgroups, click a newsgroup and then click Subscribe. To search for a specific newsgroup, type a word or part of a newsgroup name in the Display Newsgroups Which Contain box. NOTE: Newsgroups you have already subscribed to are denoted by a newspaper icon to the left of the newsgroup name.

To unsubscribe from Internet newsgroups in Outlook Express, follow these steps:

  1. On the Subscribed tab, click the newsgroup you no longer want to subscribe to, and then click Unsubscribe.

  2. Click OK.
