Cannot Move or Copy Message in Internet Mail

SYMPTOMS

When you double-click a message to read it in Internet Mail, there are no menu commands or toolbar buttons to move or copy the message to another folder.

RESOLUTION

To move or copy the message to another folder, follow these steps:

  1. In the left pane in Internet Mail, click the message you want to move or copy.

  2. On the Mail menu, point to Move To or Copy To.

  3. Click the folder you want to move or copy the message to, and then click OK.

This feature is under review and will be considered for inclusion in a future release of Microsoft Internet Mail and News.
