If you are using Internet Explorer 3.0 for Windows 3.1, Microsoft recommends that you upgrade your version of Internet Explorer to version 3.02a. To upgrade to this version, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

   http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download/

To enable Java, start Internet Explorer, click Options on the View menu, click the Security tab, and then click the Enable Java Programs check box to select it.

To disable Java, start Internet Explorer, click Options on the View menu, click the Security tab, and then click the Enable Java Programs check box to clear it.
