This article describes how to switch between multiple POP3 mail servers using Microsoft Internet Mail.

You can switch between different POP3 mail servers by changing the POP3 mail server settings each time you want to use a different account. Use the following steps to change your POP3 mail server settings:

  1. On the Mail menu in Internet Mail, click Options.

  2. Click the Server tab.

  3. Enter the appropriate server, account, and password information.

  4. Click Apply.

  5. Quit and restart Internet Mail to access the specified mailbox.
