There is no command in Internet Mail and News to remove a user. To manually remove a user from Internet Mail and News, follow these steps:

  1. In Internet Mail and News, click Quit on the File menu.

  2. Drag the user's folder from the Microsoft Internet Applications:Internet Mail and News:IMN User(s) folder to the Trash located on the Finder (desktop).
