Internet Mail May Add "FW:" to Messages Incorrectly

SYMPTOMS

When you forward a message by clicking Forward on the Message menu, Internet Mail may insert a forward notation ("FW:") before the reply notation ("RE:") on the subject line instead of replacing the reply notation.
