News Window Unavailable When Forwarding Message w/MS Exchange

SYMPTOMS

When you are forwarding a news article using Microsoft Exchange, you cannot click anywhere in the Internet News window until you send or close the Microsoft Exchange mail message.

CAUSE

Microsoft Exchange requires the Compose Note window to be modal in this situation. The window behaves like a dialog box in that you must take action or close the window before you can act on another program.

STATUS

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
