CAUSE ===== If the user name entered into the dialog box is spelled incorrectly or the password is incorrect, you will get the above error message. Additionally, if the Mail client is connected to the incorrect postoffice (a postoffice other than the one on which the account was created), you will get the above error message. RESOLUTION ========== Verify that your user name and password are correct. Also verify that you are connecting to the correct postoffice. Please see Chapter 2 of version 3.2 of Microsoft Mail for PC Networks "Administrator's Guide" for steps to ensure you are connecting to the correct postoffice. Please see page 104 of the version 3.2 "Administrator's Guide" for steps to recover your password.
