BUG: IE OnBlur() Function May Not Work Properly

SYMPTOMS

There is a possibility that when using Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher a scripting call to the function OnBlur() may not behave as expected. The function may not work properly when clicking another control or the background of the page

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Internet Explorer 4.0 build 2106. A supported fix is now available, but has not been fully regression- tested and should be applied only to systems experiencing this specific problem. Unless you are severely impacted by this specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Service Pack that contains this fix.
