SYMPTOMS

When you specify more than one character for the Time Separator in the Regional Settings Control Panel, the POP3 Service Administrator user interface (UI) only uses the first character for the time separator.

When more than one character is used in Control Panel's Time Separator, the Administrator UI should use all the characters provided.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Commercial Internet System (MCIS) version 1.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
