INS Web Admin Returns J-Script Runtime Error

SYMPTOMS

When running the Microsoft Internet News Server (INS), if you click any of the buttons or frames without allowing the page to finish loading first, the web-based Administrator returns the following error message:

   J-Script runtime error.

WORKAROUND

Allow the web browser to complete loading the web page before you continue.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Commercial Internet System INS version 1.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
