MORE INFORMATION

If you click Mail Recipient on the Send To submenu, the following e-mail clients (configured in Configuration Manager) are started by Office 98 programs:

   Outlook Express
   Microsoft Exchange Client
Microsoft Outlook for the Power Macintosh
   Eudora Lite or Eudora Pro
   Clairis Emailer

The following email clients can also be used by Office 98 programs:

   Quarterdeck Mail
   Microsoft Mail
   StarNine Mail

However, these mail clients are not configured through the Configuration Manager control panel. If they are installed on your computer, all Microsoft Office 98 programs detect them and automatically make them available for sending Office documents.

NOTE: In Excel, you may also see a Mail submenu on the File menu in addition to the Send To submenu if any one of the following mail clients are installed:

   Quarterdeck Mail
   Microsoft Mail
   StarNine Mail

To send an Excel document by using one of these clients, point to Mail on the File menu, and then click Mail Recipient.
