SUMMARY

In the Outlook 97 Calendar, Day/Week/Month view, if you double-click the date header for the day page, the Appointment form opens with "All day event" selected.

MORE INFORMATION

This behavior is by design. If you open the Appointment form by double- clicking the date header, Outlook assumes you want to enter an all day event.

To resolve this issue:

  • Click to clear the "All day event" check box in the Appointment form.

        -or-

  • Double-click a time-slot on the Calendar page to open the Appointment form without the "All day event" checked.
