The name of the file is actually Wcpic32.dll. This reference is found in Chapter 1 "Introduction to CPI-C" in the section titled "Windows NT Considerations." STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft SNA Server version 2.11.
