Canon Bubble Jet 10e Misprints Lines on Excel 3-D Chart

Last reviewed: November 1, 1994

SUMMARY

The Canon Bubble Jet will misprint the column and base lines of 3-D (three-dimensional) Excel charts when Windows 3.0 has been installed for either a very low (CGA) or very high (Super VGA) display resolution. These lines may only partially print, be missing completely, or print in the wrong position.

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post more information here as it becomes available.
