Excel 1.5: Autoexec Macro Does Not Execute Properly

SUMMARY

When specifying a macro to run every time a document is opened or closed, follow the directions on page 153 of the "Microsoft Excel Arrays, Functions, and Macros" guide.

Make sure the name of the macro sheet in the reference is preceded by an equal sign. If the definition does not begin with an equal sign, Excel enters the name of your reference as text and will not run the macro automatically when the document is opened or closed.

Excel will not auto_open a file from the Resume Excel file (as stated on page 154 of the "Microsoft Excel Arrays, Functions and Macros" guide).
