Excel 3.00 on a CGA-Equipped System

SUMMARY

Excel 3.00 is not supported on a system equipped with a CGA video adapter. However, Excel will install and run successfully on such a system.

Installation on a CGA system doesn't limit Excel 3.00. The tool bar, the graphics tools, and charts are still available. The only limitation of running with CGA is that Windows will not be in color. Thus, none of the color-related functions will work correctly (such as fonts, or number formats). Also, the tutorial will not work in CGA mode.
