Excel Err Msg: #DIV/0! with IRR() or MIRR() Instead of #NUM!

SUMMARY

In Microsoft Excel, the #DIV/0! error message can be returned by a cell when calculating IRR() or MIRR(). This occurs when the IRR() or MIRR() can't be calculated within 20 iterations and no math coprocessor is present on the machine. The presence of a math coprocessor causes a #NUM! error message to be returned instead.
