Excel Err Msg: Locked Cell Can't Be Changed

SUMMARY

When attempting to paste link information into Excel, you may receive the error:

   Locked Cell Can't Be Changed

This error occurs when the cells that you are paste linking information into contain different cell protection attributes. This is by design because when creating an array, the cell protection attributes must be the same.

Steps to Reproduce Problem

In a blank worksheet, enter the following:
```
      A1: 1   B1: 2
```
Select cell A2, choose Cell Protection from the Format menu, and remove the check from the Locked check box.
Select cells A1:B1 and choose Copy from the Edit menu.
Select cell A2 and then choose Paste Link from the Edit menu.

You will receive the error "Locked Cell Can't Be Changed" followed by the message "Unable to Paste Link."
