SUMMARY

Under certain screen-color combinations in Microsoft Windows version 3.00, Microsoft Excel versions 2.10c, 2.10d, 3.0 and Excel 4.0 do not execute with 3-D buttons.

To work around this behavior, add the line "NewLook=1" to the WIN.INI under the [Microsoft Excel] header to allow Excel to execute with 3-D buttons.
