Excel: Cannot Disable Double-Click for Notes in Worksheet

SUMMARY

Double-clicking in a cell in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that has notes attached brings up the Notes dialog box. There is currently no method to disable this function in Excel.

This feature is under review and will be considered for inclusion in a future release.
