Excel: Charts Not Printing Reduced with Reduction Set

SUMMARY

A chart will not print reduced if the Fit To Page or Full Page options are selected in the Page Setup dialog box.

By definition, Fit To Page enlarges the graph to fill the page until it reaches the vertical or horizontal boundary; Full Page enlarges the graph to fill the page vertically and horizontally. These options overwrite the Reduce Or Enlarge option.

To reduce or enlarge the chart, select the Screen Size option in Page Setup.
