SUMMARY

In Microsoft Excel, the width of the Data Form is dependent on the widest column in the database. If a column is too large to display alongside the Data Form buttons and field names, part of the Data Form will be off the screen.

To have the entire Data Form appear on the screen, column widths must be within certain limits that vary with monitor size.

If part of the Data Form is off the screen:

  1. Close the Data Form.

  2. Select the wide column or columns on the spreadsheet.

  3. From the Format menu, choose Column Width.

  4. Enter a smaller value in the Column Width box and choose the OK button.
